Welcome to QED Labs. We develop software to solve complex scientific computation and visualization problems. We are currently developing computational biology products for macromolecular structure determination and live cell imaging, and visualization products for biological structure visualization and GPGPU computation. All of our software is aimed at providing the computational scientist an easy to use tool with guidance on how, when, and why to perform data processing operations.
