Staircase: Staircase installation began last week. The newel posts and trim looks great. Unfortunately the balluster spacing is not what we wanted so they had to remove them and reinstall them:

Cabinets: Cabinet install began this week. A handful of the kitchen cabinets are now partially in. By the end of next week they should all be in.
Stucco: The first coat (scratch coat) of stucco was installed.
