After FOUR months of an outside kitchen sink and washing machine/dryer we finally have them back inside - not quite the way we want yet but inside:
Most of the fireplace is now covered on the outside. It has finally passed inspection (needed changes in framing and stamp from city but nothing wrong with the masonry). So it should be enclosed very soon.
The outside trim has been added to the windows/doors to match the existing 100 year old stuff:
Unfortunately, we had a little bit of a water problem in the guest bedroom. That has been repaired, better water proofing done and drainage installed to prevent this from happening again.
